Creative DIY wall calendars

Posted By : Mrs. F

In a world dominated by technology, digital calendars are rapidly becoming the tool of choice by many people. Although I’m a certified techno-holic, I still like to have some things done the old school way, like for example jotting down notes and to do lists on an actual calendar, don’t get me wrong I still use my phone’s calendar for appointment reminders etc but I love the feeling of writing something down rather than typing it on a computer. Anyway, so I have been scouring the web trying to find a wall calendar for my home office, and I found so many creative DIY calendars that I had to share them with you guys! I’m probably going to try my hand at making the blackboard calendar shown in the first picture (Ace Hardware has black chalkboard paint).

DIY Blackboard wall calendar. Love the way Chalkboard paint was used here. Click on the link for instructions and a how to video.
Post it wall calendar. This is such an easy to do yet really creative concept! Ofcourse the image above is a very basic example, but it has great potential! you can write to do notes for that day and take them with you, or when one day ends you just peel the post it and trash it!
Calendar wallpaper designed by Christiaan Postma very easy to DIY, such a fun way for the whole family to keep track of whats going on.
Dry erase Vinyl wall calendar. You can buy it here
Another great use of the chalkboard paint by Pinch Design

I love big spaces where you can just sketch on walls and write what you want! But sometimes there just isn't enough space to do that!
