Pizzetta Kuwait

My Husband and I decided to have Lunch at Pizzetta today, despite its soft opening the place was surprisingly packed! The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. We started off with the Caprese salad. A different take on the classic Caprese, but just as good! It was light, the mozzarella was fresh, and the croutons added a lovely crunch to the dish.

The Fried ravioli was really good, but was on the dry side. It needed some kind of creamy or tomato based sauce on the side.

The stuffed aubergine was excellent! would definitely recommend it to anyone.

As the pizza was the main attraction, I expected it to be the best dish out of the bunch. It wasn’t bad, but it was just ok. The crust was a bit too crunchy (don’t know if that was intentional) and i’m not a big fan of the tomato sauce they used. Im used to the sweeter kind that really compliments the mozzarella well.

Overall I would definitely go back again, there were some great dishes and I am curious to try out other things on the menu.

I'm still mad at them! They assured me that the stuffed eggplant was vegetarian, and after I took a bite from it, and breaking my no meat and chicken diet, I proved them wrong! Our waiter(Christian) didnt know the ingredients of any of the dishes. The quality and flavor of food, I give 2/5.

oh thats bad! You must have had a horrible experience. Our waiter was very well informed and when I asked what was in the stuffed eggplant she did say it had minced meat.

I asked abt the crust when I went and it's intentionally
Made crispy since it is done on the grill. It's almost impossible to have a doughy pizza made on the grill..that's watt this place is specialized in. It was really yummy for us-don't know watt u mean about the sauce

I'm glad you liked the pizza It's really a matter of taste, for me the pizza wasn't as good as I hoped it would be.

My thoughts exactly. I loved EVERYTHING about it. I even stayed there when there was no AC working – that's how much I loved the food.

But the pizza wasn't my type at all. It lacked something. I even told them about it, the crust was toooo thin for me. It couldn't hold the topping. I wish it was more of a Dominoe's crust. Thin but still there's a soft base to it.

How were the doughnuts? Ya it is a matter of taste I guess cuz I LOVE thin crust pizzas-hate soggy pizza.
Alya if it was thicker wud that have made it a perfect pizza?
