Of course Orbit/showtime are too stingy to air the oscars yet again! So I am stuck with having to fish out poor quality videos form youtube to get a glimpse of what went on last night. I am so happy Sandra Bullock won best actress!!! she really deserves it, her performance on blindside was probably her best ever! and she is such a sweet heart, she has always been my favorite and I am so happy she is finally recognized for her amazing work. Below is her acceptance speech, probably one of the best speeches of the night! And I couldn't believe how emotional her hubby was, so sweet!

Update: A reader brought to my attention that the oscars did air live on Fox movies! A free channel on Nilesat. I am watching the Oscars re-run right now!

No way! why didn't they promote it? I didn't know we even had Fox movies to be honest. I hope they'll do a rerun, thanks for the info!
yea Fox movies aired it live last yr too! they kept adevrtising abt it for an entire month! its a pretty good channel!
i heart her...she is one of the fine actresses in hollywood...she deserves it!!and shes so beautiful inside out plus she has a great personality...my sister and i was watching it together and we were all jumping up and down with joy ..hehe...
