I was taking a walk with my husband around our block, and we caught a glimpse of this license plate, at first we thought it was from Dubai or Qatar but after a closer inspection we saw Kuwait written on the license plate! I am loving the wide rectangle look, very sleek. So my question is this a custom job or are these new plates coming out soon?

Now that would be very nice to have these plates! At last it has been too long! They could easily do it and people would pay extra for it!
they are the new plates. you will now have an option to have it this way or the other way if you purchase a new car. other then that, other more diffciult methods can be used.

its custom i'm police officer and that plate they do it in dubai or in shuwaikh on zena street dont get so happy its not from the goverment but it been conceder that its will be from the govement but still aint
