Roa is a talented street artist, sort of like Banksy but different. He is known best for his grafitti animals. Roa is based in Belgium, but has done work in Paris, East London, and of course Belgium. I have included here some of my favorite pieces. I love how he turned an old scrap yard into a work of art!
